GRAFT Hybrid, the new fitness functional racing that combines all your favourite movements but leaves out the running!

One workout for time, same sex and mixed sex pairs will tackle through 12 stations, sharing the work as they go in a race against the clock for the fastest time. With 3 divisions – Beginner, Intermediate and Pro – and multiple age groupings, it’s completely accessible for everyone, whether it’s your first sporting competition or your 100th.

The GRAFT Hybrid course will be making it’s rounds in 2025, with multiple chances for you to log the fastest time on our leader board.
