Mixed Fours & Mixed Pairs
Winter Soldiers is our ONLY CrossFit Licensed Mixed Sex BFMG competition in 2025 (we do also have same sex fours)!
Choose to enter as part of a pair through our online qualifiers taking place in August, or as a mixed or same sex team of 4 through direct entry.

Parking
We have plenty of free parking on site, with a great deal of accessible parking spaces.
Timings
Athlete and spectator registration opens at 07:45 AM on each day. Athlete briefings will begin at 08:10 AM and the first heats will take to the floor at 09:00 AM.
Podiums will take place at 05:00 PM.
PRIZE POOL
Our Rx, Elite & Compete teams will be battling it out for a cash prize.
All other teams will be competing for a huge prize bag from a prize pool worth £1000s!
COMPETITION SCHEDULE
Each division will compete over the course of one day, all athletes will complete at least 4 workouts during that time.
Saturday 15th November:
Throwdown Same Sex & Mixed Fours
Sunday 16th November:
Compete Same Sex & Mixed Fours
Fitness Same Sex & Mixed Fours
Pairs days of competition will be finalised closer to the qualifiers, qualifying numbers are based off a percentage of entries by division.
